Conference Room

The Arboretum Lakes offers 4 different onsite conference rooms to suit your meeting needs.  The conference rooms are located at 801 Warrenville Road lower level suite 10, 901 Warrenville Road lower level suite 7, 1001 Warrenville Road second floor suite 215, and 1011 Warrenville Road lower level suite 15. The 801 conference room has a 65 person capacity and includes a projector screen and Smart TV. The 901 conference room has a 20 person capacity and includes a Smart TV. The 1001 conference room has a 78 person capacity and includes a Smart TV. The 1011 Warrenville Road has a 20 person capacity and includes a whiteboard.  WI-FI is available for all four conference rooms at the complex.

The conference rooms are available for current tenants at the Arboretum Lakes to reserve on a first come, first serve basis. Cancellations must occur at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.  Reservation charges are $100.00 per day for four hours of less and $200.00 per day for four hours or more.
